WCW was awesome back in 1996, 1997 and 1998. There were great wrestlers like Jericho, Guerrero, Benoit, Malenko, Juventud Guerrera and Rey Misterio supporting the show by putting on great technical and lucha libre wrestling. Then they had the nWo, who made such an impact on pro wrestling today. The nWo was comprised of some of the most popular wrestlers ever: Hulk Hogan, The Big Show, Sean Waltman, Scott Hall, Jeff Jarrett, Kevin Nash and loads more. The nWo was exciting and unpredictable. Without the nWo there probaly would of never been DX, Steve Austin or The Rock. Those characters were inspired from the rebellious nWo. WCW also had guys like Ric Flair, Sting, Randy Savage. Legends in wrestling who could all have good matches despite their age and pulled in the fans. I think WCW was pretty good back in the mid ninetys. It was kicking the WWF's ass in the ratings anyway.
